What you are buying
A cosmetic product for external use: a pure plant water, 100 ml, in an amber glass bottle. It is not a medicine and it is not food. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Safety
External use only, never for drinking. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test on your inner arm before first use and stop if irritation occurs. Wormwood and sage waters, including the blend, are not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Anyone managing a skin or medical condition should check with a healthcare professional first.
Shelf life
There is no preservative in the bottle. Store it cool and dark before opening, keep it refrigerated once opened, and use it within six months. We cannot replace a bottle that has turned because it was stored warm.
Orders and payment
An order placed through this site is a request, not a contract. The contract starts when we confirm the order by email and take payment. Prices include Irish VAT where it applies.
Postage
Posted within two working days. Free shipping to Ireland and the UK. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the postal service, but we will chase anything that goes missing.
Returns
If the first water you try is not for you, tell us within thirty days and we will send a different one. You keep the first bottle. Because these are cosmetics with no preservative, opened bottles cannot be resold and so cannot be refunded, but a damaged or leaking bottle is replaced, no questions.
