What this site stores
One thing, in your own browser: whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. Both live in local storage on your device. Neither is sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes them.
What we do not do
- No advertising cookies and no third party trackers
- No analytics that identify you personally
- No selling or sharing of anything you send us
When you contact us
The order form and the trade form open your own mail app with the details filled in. Nothing reaches us until you press send in your mail app. Once you do, we hold your name, email, address and what you ordered for as long as we need to fulfil the order and meet Irish tax record keeping rules.
Fonts
Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file and your IP address as part of it. If you would rather that did not happen, the fonts can be self hosted on request.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@hydrolat.ie and we will deal with it within thirty days. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
